Tufford Medical Aesthetics ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
If you submit our consultation request form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the treatment or concern you select. We do not ask for medical history or payment details through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your consultation request and arrange an appointment.
- To answer questions you send us by phone, email, or form.
We use your information only for the purpose you contacted us about. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. They load on every page, including this one.
- Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed and for how long. It sets cookies named
_gaand_ga_CWP6814HGT. - Google Ads conversion tracking records when a visit that began with one of our ads leads to a consultation request or a phone call, so we can tell which ads work. It sets a cookie named
_gcl_au. If you arrive from an ad, the phone number shown on the page may be a forwarding number that routes to the clinic and lets us count the call. - Microsoft Clarity records anonymised usage, including how visitors scroll and click, to help us improve the pages. It sets cookies named
_clckand_clsk. - Our own advertising click cookie stores the click identifier that Google adds to the web address when you arrive from one of our ads (
gclid,wbraidorgbraid), together with the advertising campaign details from the web address (theutm_tags) and the address of the page you first landed on. It is set by this website only, under names beginningtufford_, kept for up to 90 days, and sent along with your consultation request so we can tell which ad led to it. It holds no personal information, and it is not set at all if you did not arrive from one of our ads.
These tools tell us about visits and ad performance. They are not used to diagnose or record anything about your health. Other than the advertising click identifier and campaign details described above, we do not combine them with the details you send us through the consultation form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, manage Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.
Booking and third-party services
Consultation requests are made through the form on this website. The clinic may use separate scheduling software to manage your appointment once you have been in touch, under its own privacy terms.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep consultation enquiries only as long as needed to assist you and meet our records obligations. You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted at any time.
